One form, one purpose, one recipient. This page is brief because there is very little to describe.
Whatever you type into the quote form and nothing else: a name, a phone number, an email address, the address of the property, the community picked from the list, the kind of winter work needed, and any detail written into the message box. Two technical values are stored with it — the page the form was sent from and the time zone the browser reports — and those exist to spot duplicate submissions and automated ones. No account is created. No profile is built.
Arranging snow removal, and nothing further. The request is read to work out which independent operator’s route already covers that part of Kent or Ottawa County, and it is then handed to that operator so they can quote the work and get in touch. An automatic acknowledgment goes back to the email address given, so you have a record that the request arrived.
The independent snow removal operator matched to the property, so they can contact you about it. That is the extent of the sharing. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, bartered, syndicated or handed to advertisers, list brokers, data resellers or any other third party, and nothing is passed to a second or third contractor to bid against the first.
Ordinary web statistics may be kept to see how many people read a page and which pages get read. Those counts are aggregated and are not used to work out who an individual visitor is. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags and no third-party tracking scripts installed on this site.
None are ever asked for here, at any stage. Pricing, deposits, invoicing and payment are settled directly between the property owner and the operator who does the work. If any page on this domain ever asks for a card number, it is not this site.
A request is held while it is being worked, and for a reasonable stretch afterwards as a record of what was arranged for whom. If you would rather it were not, write in through the contact page, say which request you mean, and it will be deleted.
The site is served over HTTPS and the form submission is encrypted in transit. That is a sensible baseline rather than a guarantee, and it is the reason nothing sensitive is asked for in the first place.
This site is meant for people arranging winter maintenance on property they own or manage. It is not aimed at children, no part of it is designed to appeal to them, and no information is knowingly taken from them.
